These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of surplies.ai (the "Site"), operated by Surplies ("Surplies," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What Surplies is

Surplies is a curated collection of skincare, makeup, haircare, clothing, books and other products that reflect my personal use and style. The Site links to products sold by third-party retailers. We do not sell, ship or fulfill any products ourselves.

Affiliate disclosure

Many links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. We also participate in other affiliate programs, such as Rakuten Advertising.

Products are chosen because I've personally bought and used them or because they reflect my style, not because of the commission. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Purchases happen with the retailer

When you buy something through a link on the Site, you are buying from that retailer, not from Surplies. Pricing, availability, shipping, returns, warranties and customer service are all handled by the retailer under its own terms. Product details and availability can change at any time, and we can't guarantee that information on the Site is current or error-free.

Not professional advice

Everything on the Site reflects personal experience and opinion. It is for general information only.

• Skincare, beauty and haircare: Everyone's skin and hair are different. Always read product labels, patch test new products, and consult a dermatologist or healthcare provider about any skin condition, allergy or concern, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or using prescription treatments. Products like retinol and exfoliating acids can cause irritation and sun sensitivity.
• Devices and tools: Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidance.
• Books: Some featured books cover money and investing. Recommending them is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
